In a jubilant knitting of time, the characters who cross paths without seeing each other nevertheless respond to each other because there are wounds that persist. A sparkling sonata of transmissions.

The conventions of the theatre have many powers and, if you want the times to become entangled, the stage offers tasty and surprising means.

Rasmus Lindberg has fun superimposing and crossing times (1913, 1968, 2014); grandparents, parents, children brushing up against each other in a space where three periods add up. However, these different times are not completely watertight and something of the past is perceived. Do we not say that a place is "inhabited"? Yet they are not evanescent spectres, they are incarnate, living memories of the house in which they grew up, loved each other and were torn apart.

A polyphonic writing of family heritage in the tradition of Scandinavian authors, the play is a marvel of clockwork. Between lies and reinventions of the past, between dreams and reality, the truth becomes confused. In the end, it is up to the spectator to make up his or her own mind about the verisimilitude of this saga with drawers.
