Visite guidée : La Seyne, entre tradition et modernité
Description
Duration of the visit: 1h30.
Born from the separation with Six-Fours in 1658 this small fishermen's hamlet became a port offering shelter to its inhabitants.
This maritime vocation will then evolve towards the creation of the famous shipbuilding yards.
You will also discover a charming Provençal village which has managed to preserve its identity, with its colourful facades, its Genoese cornices, the Church of Notre Dame de Bon Voyage and its lively market!!
The visit ends with a magnificent panoramic view of the Rade from the Levant Bridge (40m).
Access to the Lift Bridge: the ascent to the platform at the top of the Lift Bridge is on foot.
