Saturday, September 30:
>10am, Place Jean Jaurès: official inauguration by Monsieur Robert Bénéventi, Mayor of Ollioules, with Ollioulais folk group Lou Fougau Prouvençau and surprise guests of honor.
> 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., Jardin Frédéric Mistral: culinary workshops by Cathy Rosi, Eventu Corsu company. Registration by SMS to 06 23 16 81 73 (limited number of places).
> 2pm, in the streets and squares: dancing with the folk group Les Tambourinaires de Sant Sumian from Brignoles.
> 2:30 p.m., Place Victor Clément: opening of the chapter of the Commanderie du rameau d'Argent by the Ollioulaise Provençal choir Oulièulo Canto and the Orphéon Banyulenc choir from Banyuls sur Mer.
> 3.15pm: chapter of the Commanderie du Rameau d'Argent.
> 3.45pm, salle jean Moulin: lecture by Hélène Lasserre, Director of Conservation and Research at France Olive, on "Olive productivity: between pollination and climate change" (Free).
> 3:45pm, Place Victor Clément: Provencal dances with the folk group Les Tambourinaires de Sant Sumian from Brignoles.
> 4.30pm, place Victor Clément: concert by the Ollioul Provençal choir Oulièulo Canto and the Orphéon Banyulenc choir from Banyuls sur Mer.
> 5pm, Place Jean Jaurès amphitheatre: Aïoli competition open to all elected representatives of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis and the region.
> 6:15pm, opposite the Criée aux Fleurs: draw for the Amis de l'Olivier and Moulin à huile du Canton d'Ollioules lottery.
All day long, musical entertainment in the streets and squares with the Escapado group and the French Boucans.

Sunday, October 1:
> 8:30am, St Laurent church: mass with Provencal songs performed by Le Raïoulet de Six Fours.
> 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., Jardin Frédéric Mistral: culinary workshops by Cathy Rosi, Eventu Corsu company. Registration by SMS to 06 23 16 81 73 (limited number of places).
> 10:15 am, Place Victor Clément: Provençal dancing with Le Raïoulet de Six Fours.
> 11am: departure in procession from Place Victor Clément for the planting of an olive tree at Terrain Roman, Chemin de Piedardant, in honor of Alain David, Honorary President of the Friends of the Olive Tree, and Gérard Marenco, General Secretary of the Friends of the Olive Tree.
> 2:30 p.m., salle Jean Moulin: lecture by Dr. Martine Cotinat, gastroenterologist, qualified in nutrition, micronutrition and phytotherapy, and Graziella Quéron, naturopath, on "The treasures of Mediterranean food" (Free).
> 2pm, in the streets and squares: dancing with the folk group La Respelido Valetenco.
> 3pm, place Victor Clément: concert by the Orchestre d'Harmonie d'Ollioules, conducted by Thomas Righi.
> 3:30pm and 4:30pm: guided tours of the Moulin à Huile du Canton d'Ollioules by Maurice Ollivier, president of the Moulin à Huile. Dedicated shuttle from the tourist office: departures at 3:15pm and 4:15pm.
> 4:30 p.m., amphitheatre place Jean Jaurès: aioli competition reserved for children under 12.
> 4:45pm, place Victor Clément: dance performance by folk group La Respelido Valetenco.
> 5:30 p.m., place Jean Jaurès amphitheater: aioli competition open to all.
> 6:15pm, opposite the Criée aux Fleurs: draw for the Amis de l'Olivier and Moulin à huile du Canton d'Ollioules lottery.

> Rue Marceau: street of painters, sculptors and mosaicists with La Palette Ollioulaise.
> Streets of the old town center: visit to arts and crafts workshops.
