Saturday 1st October :
10am, place J. Jaurès: official inauguration by Mr. Robert Bénéventi.
11am and 4pm, place Jean Jaurès: culinary demonstration.
2pm, in the streets and squares, folk dances.
3pm, place Victor Clement: chapter of the Commanderie du Rameau d'Argent.
4.15pm, Amphitheatre, Place Jean Jaurès: Aïoli competition open to all elected representatives of the Toulon Méditerranée metropolis and the region.
Sunday 2nd October :
8.30am: Mass in St Laurent church with Provençal songs.
11am: Departure in a procession from the Place Victor Clément, for the planting of an olive tree.
11am and 4pm, Place Jean Jaurès, culinary demonstration.
3.30 pm and 4.30 pm: guided tours of the Ollioules Oil Mill with Mr Maurice Ollivier, president of the oil mill.
16h30, Amphithéâtre place Jean Jaurès : Aïoli competition reserved for children (up to 12 years old) with the Official Ollioules Festival Committee.
And always throughout the weekend, more than 100 stands with local products, "Huiles et Olives de France" space with the Friends of the Olive Tree, production of the association En Chemin, musical and folkloric atmosphere in the streets, aïoli competition, exhibitions, culinary demonstrations, animations for children, horse-drawn carriage ride...
Practical information :
Pedestrianised town centre from 6am to 9pm.
Entrance, car parks and free shuttles.
Free bus shuttles in partnership with TPM. Stop and departure at the Tourist Office.
