The Toulon opera house

Le Liberté – National Theatre

In the heart of Toulon, the Théâtre Liberté was inaugurated in 2011. It hosts a year-round selection of about fifty shows, more than a hundred performances in total, three festivals… that amounts to nearly three hundred events every year. Creation is central to its artistic mission: every season, it co-produces a dozen shows.

The Villa Noailles

The villa Noailles was built in Hyères in 1923 by the architect Robert Mallet-Stevens, for the couple Charles and Marie-Laure de Noailles, and was one of the first modern-style constructions undertaken in France. It has become a haven for art, dedicated to architecture, fashion, design and photography, and hosts many international festivals. The Villa Noailles was granted the distinction of « Centre d’Art d’Intérêt National » (Art Centre of National Interest) thanks to its originality, its quality and generous programming.

La Villa Tamaris Pacha – Art Centre

Villa Tamaris is an exhibition venue dating from the 19th century – it has become an art centre focused of figurative painting and contemporary photography. High on the hill of Tamaris in La Seyne-sur-Mer, it overlooks Lazaret bay and boasts an exceptional view on the Saint-Mandrier peninsula and on the great Toulon Bay.

Châteauvallon – National Theatre

Built around a small XIth century fort in Ollioules, Châteauvallon is surrounded by nature. In both the indoor theatre and the open-air amphitheatre, Châteauvallon provides a varied programme including dance, theatre and music.
